Our nationwide service and Installation teams specialise in onsite LOLER, PUWER and PAT testing across all moving, handling and pressure area care equipment.

All our employees are Dementia Friends and have been specifically trained by manufacturers to install, test and repair their equipment. This helps to realise a strong return on investment for each asset, increasing the in-life use by up to 57%.

We adhere to the strict guidelines set out by the CQC, HSE and MHRA. This ensures your organization complies with the required standards and safety to protect you, your team and the residents.

Installation & Training

From Hoists to ceiling tracks, Beds to pressure area care mattresses to slings, each piece is integral to the comfort and safety of your residents and team.

Once the equipment is set up and has passed the DHS 30-point check, we will present a certification of conformity. Full training will then be provided to help your organization learn how to use the equipment safely and effectively.

Even if you haven’t bought the equipment from DHS or Care Shop we can still offer this service to ensure your team is fully trained.

Servicing and Repair

Delivered Health Solutions will ensure all your equipment adheres to

  • LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998)
  • PUWER (Provision and Use Of Work Equipment Regulations 1998)

Our team of highly skilled engineers will perform your 6-monthly LOLER or 12 monthly PUWER tests across all the relevant moving and handling equipment:

If your equipment fails the tests, Delivered Health Solutions will endeavour to repair it on-site. We carry a comprehensive range of spares on our vehicles or can often recycle parts from other condemned machines which keeps the costs down. Where this is not possible, we will instruct our workshop to send out the relevant parts and return to fix the issue as soon as possible.

We have a 92%, 1st visit fix rate which ensures the equipment is back in use as quickly as possible with minimal disruption, elongating the life of the machine and ROI.

Our technicians are timed served and will help you understand the time left in use of individual equipment to help with budget management.

Where parts are no longer available or the product is damaged beyond repair, we have strong partnerships across all the major and most minor manufactures to find you a replacement at the right price.
